Raised on Long Island, he grew up in a home where creativity and craftsmanship were part of everyday life. His mother was a gifted pianist, artist, and baker, while his father worked across several skilled professions, including carpentry, welding, farriery, and nursing.<br><br>\n\nOver the years, Peter followed a varied professional path through <strong>hospitality, sales, and healthcare<\/strong>, ultimately becoming a nationally certified Allied Healthcare Professional. Yet through every chapter of his life, writing remained constant.<br><br>\n\nPeter began writing poetry in his elementary school years and continued using words to make sense of the people, places, relationships, joys, disappointments, and quiet realizations that followed. His work developed into a distinctive form of expression combining the freedom of prose with rhythm, imagery, wordplay, and other traditions of poetry.<br><br>\n\nThat lifelong relationship with
